Digital Products (Themes & Plugins)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of WordPress themes and plugins are final. Once a product has been purchased and downloaded, we do not offer refunds or cancellations.
Exceptions may be made in the following cases:
- If you were charged multiple times due to a system error, we will refund the duplicate charges.
- If you purchased the wrong product and notify us within 24 hours of purchase, we may allow an exchange for a different product of equal value.
Services (Installation, Maintenance, Custom Development, etc.)
- Installation & Customization Services: If you have scheduled an installation or customization service but wish to cancel, you must request cancellation at least 24 hours before the service begins to be eligible for a refund.
- Website Maintenance Services: Our maintenance plans are non-refundable once the service period has started. However, you may cancel future billing cycles by notifying us at least 7 days before the next renewal date.

7. Product Licensing and Usage
- WordPress themes and plugins sold on our website are licensed as per the terms specified at the time of purchase.
- You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the themes or plugins without explicit permission.
- Support and updates for themes and plugins are provided as per the license agreement or subscription plan.
8. Maintenance Services
- Maintenance services are provided as per the terms of the selected maintenance plan.
- imithemes is not responsible for issues arising from third-party plugins, themes, or hosting environments beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, imithemes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product in question.
10. Termination
- Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice, as per the terms outlined in the agreement.
